This home had such a beautiful foyer floorplan that it became the jumping off point for rest of the design. Amy accentuated the 2 story foyer and it’s sweeping staircase with American walnut floors, a grand chandelier made from seashells and crystals, and a customized wood compass bearing the exact longitude and latitude for where it sits. The family room is perfect for watching movies and entertaining adults and children alike with its Sunbrella and Crypton fabrics. The nautical artwork, coral and seashell sculptures, grasscloth chest and beaded seaglass are nods to its beautiful location. The first guest suite was designed in a soft sky blue and coral theme, with artful shell lamps, custom coral pillows and bamboo furniture textures. The second guest suite was designed with rich navy walls and seagrass textures on the headboard. Custom bedding and artwork complete this nautical look.
